    Hello guys,

Here are a couple of pics from my cam shaft,I'd like to receive comments on the pictures as well as the best way to deal with first gen. cam shafts issues.
I'm new to Old Interceptors ans so far I only found Megacycle for first gen. cam shafts supply.

Is Megacycle dealing with resurfacing only or do they sell brand new cam shafts ?

    Thanks for the help.

They resurface your cams and followers, it is very expensive. I want to say it was $46 a surface the last time I used them aboot two years ago.

Those cams don't look so baD. You forgot to mention the mileage ?? WE need to see more of the high point of the lobe, not the backside.

Nothing much to be concerned about as all cams with mileage on them show some signs of wear, and yours don't look distressed........yet. Don't worry.

Looks fine to me but let's wait to see what Grey750 has to say as he's seen a fair few.

    Thank you Mr. Toe Cutter,
I don't mind paying a good price,if it's worth the job.If there any other options ?I'll try get in touch of Megacycle and see how it will work.I guess being in Canada would not ease the process.

Where in Canada are you. I'm in Toronto and had my front cam done for $55.00.
there is a place out west called Shadbolt Cams Home . These guys are out west
and I'm told they do good work. I talked to them and they seemed to know what they are talking about.
I don't remember there turnaround time but it wasn't long. I ended up getting mine done in Toronto
and will do the back this winter.

They look OK to me too. I wouldn't worry about them at all. Just keep an eye on them. As mentioned it's the lobes you have to worry about as these get can get pitted and then destroy the followers.
