The Serial Number on the neck of the frame and the motor do no match...

    Looks to me like the previous owner's must have changed the motor??

    The VIN# and Engine# doesn't always match on newer vehicles. See if the engine number matches on the title.

    Yamaha is the only manufacturer that used to match there vin and engine #
    If they still do ????

    The thing that brought it to my attention is at the very back of the engine, where the swing arm mounts it has in Paint Pen BW142

    prolly a salvage code of some such??
