Can anyone I.D. the market for this fairing? It was a mis order, decals don't match american issue

I tried to order a new left lower side fairing for my yellow 2000, and the dealer got this red fairing.
He told me that yellow wasn't available and that I'd have to paint the fairing and that sending the
Well I didn't do anything for a year because I was bummed and didn't want to have to paint the thing. felt abandoned by honda.
Then last fall I went to the big San Mateo moto show, met the honda rep and the parts man from sunnyvales moto cafe, they said that no, honda supports their products, and no, there is no restock charge.
So, Hope renewed- I went to sunnvale and (the honda catalogue is very confusing about this particular, it took a while) a week later got the right brand new fairing!

SO- This brand new red left lower fairing is up for sale- HOWEVER- the graphic on it is like nothing my dealer in sunnyvale has seen!
He thinks maybe its european market because they put lots of little acronyms on their products.

 

Mine has the same graphics. Canadian 2000 model.
