Have you checked the main fuse in the green connector to the front of the battery. It is a 30 amp fuse and may have been blown when the wire shorted.

I have had the same thing happen to me. It was an attempted theft and now I have no power and all the fuses are fine. So was it the Ignition switch?

I found the 2 30 amp fuses and checked the voltage is at 12.3. Where is the 20 am fuse located?

The wiring diagram says between main fuse b(30a) and engine stop relay

I found all the fuses and the 30 amp I thought I checked was popped. Thanks for the help. I soldered the ignition back up and she started. I got to ride for the first time in 4 weeks. B-) Thanks!
