Carb sync help

    Wondering how u get at the sync screws with carbs on bike when syncing them. Thanx

    Get a nice inspection mirror to use too! Its a bastard to do them carbs! you have to work like a dentist working with a mirror, everything is backwards...They really dont go out of balance that much (foot-note.)

    Since that adjustment needs to be done with engine hot and running, use a glove to protect your hand. Remember to follow the ExACT sequence of screw adjustments described in the FSM. No screw should need more than about 1/8 turn on a bike that's already running OK>. Also, you need to snap the throttle a couple times after each screw adjustment to be sure the linkages and throttle butterflies have settled into their new position. Each screw adjustment may interact with the other screw settings slightly.
