VFR rough running at 5000 rpms and above

Hello peoples, can anyone tell me why my 2000 vfr800 is behaving like a kangaroo, if i sit at about 5000 rpms it will start jolting sligthly for no apparent reasons.
Any info would be great

 

How many miles have those sparkplugs been in use ?? Check to determine that the charging system is sending 13.5 to 14.5 volts DC to the batt'ry.

 

check the 30 amp main fuse holder.
my fuse holder was going bad, causing really weird fueling.
i cut it out and replaced it with a 30 amp inline fuse.

 

Hello fella, feel a bit of an idiot coz i spent ages yesterday syncronising the starter valves, changing the spark plugs air filter, in other words loads of TLC. The problem was the drive chain and front sprocket, £87 later new chain and sprocket and one great vfr800.
Once again happy boy with big smile.
