Hello everyone! I just bought my first Vfr. I've been a Honda enthusiast since I started riding, and when the opportunity arose to purchase a 1986 Vfr 700 I had to jump on it. So here I am, it runs, albeit a bit rough. So a carb cleaning and a boot replacement is probably necessary. The bike sat for around 6 years but is overall in great shape, with only a crack in the left side fairing. But yeah! I'm stoked to get started and learn from you guys. Great to be here.

Truth be told, I think it's just sun faded. Nothing I don't think I couldn't touch up though. Truth be told I bought this bike is the one I'm not going to do the work myself on. I've got a couple other older hondas for that haha, namely a 1973 CB500K, 1971 CL350, and a 1974 CB125S.

Anywhere near Buffalo ?? I'm offering to clean your carbs if you can gettem off.

Nice, clean bike, steel-braided front brake lines, but the front turn siggies must go !

Welcome! This truly is an outstanding forum. I've been on several with the bikes I've owned and I can say this is hands down the best! Let me know where in Upstate NY. I'm near Utica with an 06 VFR.
