New member in Dublin Ireland.

Just bought a german import 1992 vfr750. Im chuffed with it, had one when i lived in New Zealand for a year and had to get another one. This ones in great nick with only 39000 kms on it!! Going to look up mods on the site now I guess. I put a 6mm spacer into the shock on my blackbird and it transformed it, anyone try this on a vfr??

I believe that the 929 shock that Jamie Daugherty builds for the 5 Gen has this incorporated into the top mount. I'm sure that you can experiment and find a nice balance.

I posted some... Its the green one obviously I wouldnt get any other colour. Im off to the Skerries road races at the weekend. You Americans should see these lunatics go on country roads lol. I posted the pics in the 90 to 93 section, its pretty mint. Still has original exhaust and the down pipes have no rust. I had a high rise on my last one and it looked and sounded better but I might not bother changing for now. I have to say I prefer this bike to my blackbird, has more character
