It's done!!! Took a little ride around the block and...............wait for it............my butt dyno says more power from 5-7k. In first gear it wants to pull the wheel up. It didn't even do that with the -1 front sprocket before. Here's a picture before install

Hope I can figure out how to do a video. To clarify the feel, since the gear change the bike has got 49 state cams, 49 state ignition box, Factory Ti jet kit, 520 conv and now the exhaust. So I'm sure it everything together that makes it feels more powerful at the 5-7k range. It also may have been a little fat on the jetting, I have only moved the needles down a half since I put in the jet kit. Overall I'm very happy with it, now I have to check hot spots around the left lower and rear mastercylinder pipes are kind of close in those areas.

Thanks everyone for the priase, to be completely honest I love this exhaust but I'm glad that project is over. Way to much work and cost for parts, I spent $400 on the muffler and $500 on tubing. Now I do have some left over tubing 6 pieces roughly $23-$29 each. so the total cost was $750...........I came so close to ditching this and buying/modifing a gen 3 two brothers on Ebay for $170.

Thank you for putting it big on here. Sorry for the vibration sound on there not sure where it's coming from. Kind of sounds like a spring but I didn't put any on yet.

I know this took a lotta work. I got to ask. Did you notice that the stock (180 crank) front left and the rear right were teamed and the front righr and rear left before going into the rear collector? Trying for the tri Y type of torque enhancing layout.

Yours is kinds like the rc30 layout with 360 crank so the rear and front were teamed.

Your dyno run should be interesting.
