So I just installed a Scorpio i800 alarm on my bike. Instillation is a breeze, and for only 100 bucks it does what i wanted for sure. I live in a a house which is very tightly packed among other houses along with an apartment complex right around the corner so there's a lot of foot traffic around here and just wanted a little reassurance for the bike. Even though it's parked right outside my window. The alarm itself is nice for the price it has a key fob which has a RFID chip in it so you won't have to worry about forgetting to dearm it before getting on and pissing your pants when it sings the song of its people haha
OK So this first picture is of the wires which have clamps which splice into your left and right turn signal positives. Then there's the MCM (main control module), it's installed on the left side of the tail plastic. It recommends that it's installed to the plastics itself so that it'll read vibrations from the whole bike. All that's need from your part is maby a little alcohol to clean up the spot for the supplied Velcro to attach the module. and this last pic is of the RFID receiver, it recommends that it's placed away from metallic ares so that the signal won't be disrupted. Oh also there's an antennae which I didn't snap a photo of bu I wired it along side the tail lights as it's supposed to be away from a lot of metal as well.
