    Brian,
I jut got back from Colorado last week. Damn, that place is like a constant wind tunnel!
Anyway, here is a little tip to prevent a re-occurrence of the wind blowing your bike over . . .
If your parking your bike on the side stand, ALWAYS position the bike so that the wind is pushing on
the right side of the bike.

Not to worry, IMO your dealership will be able to explain how how everything was your fault when itemizing your new bill after finding six other things that are your fault.

Living in an area where wind gusts reach 100mph and having a bike blow over. The way park the darn thing is with the nose into the wind with both stands deployed.

Id be like a rabid dog. Even the boss would be a suspect. Not one person would get by without questioning if they knew anything about it. Body language tells alot. Start talking about it and see who avoids you.
