Said I had two that hadn't been checked on my 2002 6th Gen. One was for the wiring harness and the other was for the brake control valve or something? Never heard about the brake one, anyone know what that is about.

Either way I'm happy, he said there is no charge.

    THanks man.

With the wiring harness they just replace it right? Or is it only if it's found to be faulty?

You will get a brand new hardness and seal for the brake hydraulic system.

So when they do the PCV recall, do they have to bleed the brakes? After having this done my squishy rear brake (from my failed attempt to bleed) is now fixed

.....Did I get a $200 dealer job fo free?!

Brakes are a life-or-death critical system that must be taken seriously. That's why there was the recall and even the dealers know that, and they know the potential liability of letting a bike out the door in which the brakes weren't tested and 100% okay--anytime hydraulic lines are opened up they must have the air bled out...

Ok, yeah I wasn't sure exactly what they were repairing with that recall, but when I picked it up my brakes were fixed. So, score.
