I bought the OEM topcase off of a member on here last year (Thanks again Jethro, hell of a price). I leave metal rack on for most of the summer, it's plenty handy, it has built in grab handles, and can be used to hold stuff with or without the acutal topcase.

Something to consider, if you can pick up just the metal rack.

Just choose a suitable baseplate for your topbox

It's heafty. I can weight it tomorrow, but my guess is 7-8lbs. I want to say the OEM top case was Givi, but I'll double check tonight.

Bottom line, I forgot to take a look last night. I apologize.

The basic Idea is like the pic below: it replaces the grab handles (it has handles built in tho) and leaves the passenger seat open (handy if you ride 2 up ever).

I checked and it doesnt say who its made by anywhere on the rack. I just moved so I have to find the key to the top case, but I'll dig into it more this weekend. Sorry for dragging it out.

08L42-MCW-100 is the part number for the luggage rack I have (pictured above). I did a quick search, $250.
