I just replaced my brake pads with EBC HH brake pads, and now when I brake hard I have some front end chatter I don't feel it in the bars I just see it on wind screen. I check the bolts everything seems to be properly torqued, any ideas. (also my old pads still had about 15% left)

There's a break in procedure on new pads and you probably have glazing on the rotors.

would that be why after the brakes warm up the chatter dissipates?

Aren't those a racing compound pad? Not sure how well that would work for street riding...

I read that those are the best brakes and that people sware by them, I can tell you that the stopping power was much better then what I had (which was probably OEM)

Always a good idea to thoroughly clean rotors with spray and scuff them up with #400 sandpaper when changing pads.

I have the HH pads on my VFR, someone previously stated that they are possibly a racing compound; they are considered a street pad but they can be used for some fairly hard riding. They are not a full out race pad though.
I'm really not crazy about EBC pads, never have been. I got these cause it's what the local dealer had. When I raced I used Vesrah pads exclusively, and I thought they were far more effective than any EBC I ever used.
