Its a 1986 GSX550E (GS550E in US) that now got a new Micron exhaust, new Pirelli SportDemon tires, Frame and wheels painted black, other in wifes faivorit color. Also new head berings, wheel bearings, a suzuki GS500E -91 headlight (instead of ugly oem), small blinkers, new home made seatcover, brained brake horses. I think its pritty fresh looking now, at least 10 years younger looking.
    What do you think?

I like the color. I think it would look pretty sweet with a rear fender eliminator kit also.

    Love it!

I got a friend into riding and helped him pick out a first bike. A 2000 or 2001 GS500E.

He was worried it may be too small. I told him no it won't your are just learning. Well, he loves that bike. I love it too! I had it for a month stored at my house and I rode it to work and such. Great bike!

My friend lives in Baltimore and it is a perfect city bike!

You did a nice job restoring that bike. Anyone would be proud to ride it.

Thanks. Some 100 hours put on that bike. Also forgot to menthon that the rear swingarm was changed becors it was not straingt, even bike had no marks on it of heavy fall. The skrubed front brake handle (that is also painted now) is from my wife dropping the bike last summer on a parking lot when bike stand still. I`m also looking for a clear lins headlight for it.
