    Hi!

My temp gauge is barely moving at all just 3-4 mm when warm. I've change the thermostat and thermo sensor on the termostat housing. Earthed the gauge cable to check the gauge, needle went straight up so nothing wrong there.
    Any ideas??

Dirty/corroded wires/plugs adding resistance to the circuit (?), but possibly not.

Or maybe that's normal cuz it's so friggin cold there your bike never gets up to proppa heat range ? Try slipping a windblock (cardboard) about 5"X10" between the radiator and the wire guard so that about 1/2 the area is masked, and do a test ride. Nothing wrong with the gauges, just too damn cold to build heat. In cold weather, i tape over my oil cooler.

Yes, was thinking that my self about corrosion. Nah, isn't that cold, about 15 degree celsius and in the summer between 20
to 30 degrees, don't know how much that is in fahrenheit.

A likely suspect is a bad thermostat, probably stuck open, not all that uncommon.

The thermostat housing needs to be grounded to the frame, so maybe clean up (sand) the bolts and frame in that area.

Test wire from sending unit to gauge. Should be very low (or zero) resistance.
