There is a 30A fuse near the battery, check to see if that's popped.

"Just a fuse?" Not likely as something overloaded the fuse and caused it to blow. Fuses don't just wear out but respond to electrical faults.

I think the fuse was blown before he fixed the charging system. The bike wouldn't start even after related the r/r , battery and fixed the burnt wires. I meant its good that nothing further needs to be fixed.

These are safety switches that are found on the device they are named for, the clutch sw/ is on the clutch lever.

Is the kickstand light going on and off with the stand engagement? Try cleaning the switch and wire connections.

Is the neutral light functioning correctly? Are you getting a false neutral light, when the bike is in gear and the clutch lever is engaged?

Just to add to what Karazy said. I once had trouble with my side stand switch and noticed that when it gave trouble the light didn't work properly. IIRC if it didn't come on, when I kicked the bike into gear it would stall. It seemed the connection (on the clutch side of the bike, under the side/rear bodywork somewhere) had been disturbed while I was fixing the clutch slave cylinder.

That sounds like a faulty or malfunctioning side stand switch.
