Greeting from a fellow VFR Rider from Central TX! I probably should have joined VFRworld a while back. I'm actually riding my second VFR now. I rode my 5th gen till around 52k miles then switched for a little while to chrome sleds for the first, and possibly last time (not my thing); but now, I'm back to the righteous path! hehe. I bought my 2003 6th gen about a year ago. It currently has 26k miles and counting. It came with the Leo Vince exhaust, Converti-bars double bubble screen, K&N filter etc....and in my opinion it is the hottest looking, best sounding, and all rounder most reliable bike possibly ever made. So, last week I decided I wanted to have some hard bags and go touring cross country this summer. While doing my daily Craigslist rounds I came across a nice fella selling a pair of Givi E21 Hardbags with the mounting gear, and a givi E45 Topbox also with the mounting Gear for next to nothing. JACKPOT! or so i thought. Apparently GIVI does not like Vince exhaust pipes or Fender eliminator kits.... I was hoping somebody would point me in the right direction on how to go about making the dang bags fit! Preferably a solution that does not involve a big hammer that is. I really like the Leo Vince pipes and the fender eliminator kit. has anyone been able to fit GIVI mounting brackets with this setup? Attached some pictures of my two stallions, and in case you are wondering, YES that was a WOLF exhaust on a 5th gen
Welcome to the nut house..... I was just up there 2 weekends ago for the GP...Still have to get off my lazy ass and post the report.

OHH DiveFR, and i work about a mile away from the track by the Airport, but i was scheduled to work 2 out of 3 days that weekend so could not make it. It was nice hearing those glorious high pitch notes in the distance during my smoke breaks though. It was possibly the most epic and inspirational cigarrette break in the history of Insurance, HA! I bet it was a Riot!
