New member from England

Hi All, Just got myself a 97 VFR750F, Did 3 hours & 2 hours in the saddle yesterday & loving it so far. Here for the resource so Thanks all.
Bike was in the last family for 11 years has about 31k miles up it, Came with 12mths MOT & 6mths Tax, Rides Mint am well happy & enjoying the New Toy Buzz I'm on :tongue:

And here's a pic of the pikey turntable mod I made yesterday to turn it round in my back yard. I can have Batman style exits if I want. :wink:


That locks just one I slip on when I am in & out the house not my Big **** off one.

I've also took that Tacky tank gaurd off & polished the tank up nice, Took me kin ages to pick the sticky pads it was held on by.

I think that turn table is so neat. I see one under construction soon. Welcome to the forum. Looks like that thing is in really nice shape and was well looked after. Did the previous owner still have all the maintenance records?
I am a little OC this way. I keep the records of all my vehicles in binders in reverse date order, newest on top. I will always have the records.....unless the house burns down I guess.

 

I've got to go around tonight to pick up all the paperwork & a rack, there was loads to sift through & even had the clearances written out when they were checked.

As for the turntable now I know it works I'm going to upgrade.

Also put my old bike a BMW F650 up for sale yesterday & took a big deposit on it 4 hours later. Just took the topbox & base plate off so I can use it on the VFR when I need it.

Love it when a plan comes together.

 

Very nice. Now buy it presents...they like suspension stuff ;-)
