    Hi
Brought myself a brand new white 2012 VFR800 a month ago and thought it would be good to join a group like this.
Have been riding for over 40 years and am really impressed by the VFR.

I gave a few goodies already and would liketo change the exhausts, a little tpp quite for me, and was interetsed in either 2 Bros or Leo Vince carbon fiber but everyone here is saying that they are not available for the 2012 model.
From what i can see the 2009 model is the same with some colour changes.
Has anyone got any info re this please

    Pic?

Honda stoped selling the 6th gen in the U.S. after 2009, but continued to sell it elsewhere. If it is the same (mechanically) as the 2002-2009, they should be the same. My bet is most companies (in countries that never had a 2009+ VFR800) dont list it as a model.

gotta give some props to two brothers. everyone has an opinion but the two brothers say made in the U.S.A. thats proof right there that its a superior product. and if you just have to have a carbon fiber exhaust, two brothers is the only manufacturer that accepts the fact that CF is an inferior material for exhaust and takes real steps to make it last

So "made in USA" = superior now?

Hmm. This is the first I've heard/seen of that.

the VFR is white and already has some carbon fiber on it so what to continue the theme and think that carbon fiber exhausts will make it look great and as Staintune don't make them will be going 2 Bros

    Hi Jayburls

I bought them from Motosport (motosport.com) so the price is dependent on the dollar exchange. Couldn't source in Aus.
Motosport were very good and use DHL for delivery.
When you look on their webite ignore the picture of the all carbon ones as the ones delivered have the metal conical end, think they look better anyhow.
Where are you getting the VFR from as I found Peter Stevens were $500 less than anyone else with a price of $13,450.
Also saw that the one they now have in the showroom had a sign saying comes with panniers although it was a siver one.

Thx for the Motosport site/supplier. I've come across the FMF apex slip-ons now so the choice just got harder, lol

I've stayed away from Peter Stevens as I feel there customer service is shite. Went in looking at the VFR800 (white/Black) and got told $13990 take it or leave it! Thats after the four guys stopped chatting amongst themselves to give me some attention. So they'll be missing out on a sale. They are killing the independent dealers anyway so I decided to go with a independent Honda dealer. Got a quote for $13750 which will get me the bike plus I'm getting the rims painted in two-pac black with a white rim tape. Personally dont like the white rims as they seem to get grubby to easy.
