Has anyone intented to modify or install the 6th gen fairing and tail section and specially the exhaust system in a 5th generation? I think that the previous engine 5th gen (cam gear drive) is much better than the VTec engine. I have the two bikes and like the looks of the 2002 but I love the performance of the previous version engine.
Bump. Curious if this is possible. I imagine the 5th gen with 6th gen fairings/luggage as just about a perfect bike.
Maybe send tinkerinWstuff a PM as I know he has a 6th gen tail on his 5th gen. Tink is a member here and may be able to offer a few suggestions.
