    I joined to say thanks to everyone that has posted and advised on the "drill." I have had a 97 VFR for about a year and love it - except for the charging system issues. I Installed the VFRness, soldered it direct to the stator wires, replaced the connector to the starter rely and did all the suggested test. I have the mosfet R/R in my possession. Hopefully after I install it I'll be ready for the MN riding season. Thanks again.
