Is is it just me or can't we view the forums without signing in? For some reason I need to sign in before I can even see the forum categories.

Just you. When I use a different computer, it's the chat that doesn't always appear. And I can't post.

This may sound overly simplistic, but when you get on this site, are you checking above the top banner to make sure you area actually signed in? If your handle is nut up next to "welcome", then you are not signed in.

Keager. If you had checked off the box to remain signed in, that feature will discontinue if you clear your computer's history. I know that because every time I clear all my porn sites, I have to go through the process again. But don't tell anyone I do that. Our secret!

When I click a link to the VFRWorld.com site that is in one of the "Reply To Thread" emails I get a redirect to a site called MyFilestore.com. It only happens once, the first time I click the link, and it only happens on links to this forum. I ran malware checking but turned up nothing.

Nope, 3 different PC's (home and work) and they all do the same thing. 2 days ago I could just come to VFRworld.com (not signed in) and I would see everything...homepage stories, random photos, resent activity down the right side. Now I don't see any of that. Clicking on Forums does nothing.

I don't know how to post a pic of the page but the only thing that comes up is the "What's Going On" section at the bottom of the homepage.

After I sign in I see everything....again this is happening on 3 different PC's. Using Mozilla or IE.

I can email a screenshot of the screen I'm seeing.....if an admin wants to see it.

I was experiencing the exact same thing Kizer. Used a file and registry cleaner and ran AVG. AVG found and got rid of a trojan.

    All's good now.

For more info google "Virus MyFilestore.com".

Sorry. I can't help you any more. I usually manage to fumble through my problems but am not nearly savvy enough with computers to help you out with this. When I took my computer courses, I had to learn the Fortran Language and we used thousands of punch cards. We had a terminal, and a punch card hopper in our room while the computer was down town somewhere and occupied the better part of a 4,000 square foot space. Bright coloured bell bottoms were in and Marie Osmond was hot!

    Same here. Getting a redirect.

Personally, I use firefox. IE for Porn, and tell it to never keep a history and delete everything on exit.

It's true that right now, you need to be a registered user (signed in) to view the forums or the photo gallery. This is a temporary situation, and will change back to normal soon. For now, please make sure you are actually logged in or you won't be able to see anything.

Thanks, it's working now. However the "General Discussion" forums still don't open unless I sign in. No biggie...just FYI.
