Ok well i replaced my brake pads and the line on the back because it was alittle tore up. The pistons on the caliper went back in okay. I bled it several several times and made sure i kept the reservoir filled up while doing it but still have no stopping power at all. while i release the bleeder ill have the pedal all the way held down right, well when i actually release bleeder the pedal goes down another half inch or so. is that normal this is my first brake job ever on anything. front brakes went without a problem and work fabulous but i didnt replace any lines on them. I made sure everything was on tight with the rear.

Can you pump the brake pedal with the bleeder closed and get it to get stiffer and get a better feel? Do you have the rear in the air while doing this so you can spin the back wheel and see if you're getting progressive ammounts of braking while playing with the pedal?
