just finished up the installation and calibration procedure of this product and its way easier to calibrate then the speedo healer.
    Speedo Tuner Speedometer Corrector HO-001 : Amazon.com : Automotive

jsut press the button 8 seconds to activate, reach 60mph (i used my garmin nuvi) on the garmin, then press button again for 3 seconds, look and note were bikes speedometer is in mph and slow or increase speed on speedometer face to 60mph and press the button 1 last time for 3 seconds and done. frickin easy!!!
took 3 attempts to get spot on
gear change set my speedo off near 10mph
1st attempt i was 1mph to slow compared to garmin nuvi speed readout.
2nd attempt i was 1mph to fast wich would of been acceptable
3rd attempt spot on both showing 60mph

be prepared to find a nice stretch of road to calibrate on. i used my cruise control after multiple tweaks to get the garmin to show 60mph i started the process. 1st two attempts to set would of been acceptable but i wanted it spot on the money so i drive down a 20 mile stretch of flat road. after the 1st 5 miles i was done.

80$ compared to the competitions price. and this one comes prewired with correct connectors to mate up to existing plug ins. plug and play!!

I don't think I paid much more than that for my SpeedoHealer. Can you calibrate it by doing the math the way the SpeedoHealer is done or do you have to be moving on the bike?

yea it does require you to drive the vehicle to calibrate rather then input a math equation to calibrate. the drawback to this is if you dont have access to a gps unit your forced to either track someone going 60mph or other meens suggested in the installation instructions, wich wont be as accurate as the other unit. but with a gps you can get it right on the money.
hmmm you mustve got 1 hell of a deal on the other unit because when i priced mine they wanted little over 100$ just for the unit alone and charged you extra for the harness also. this one comes with the harness specific bike intended installed on unit.

Yea, speedo healer goes for $115. I like it's calibrating feature. Go for a ride look at your speedometer speed and the sat nav speed. Get home divide the two numbers to get your percent and then input that into speedo healer. You don't have to be pushing and holding buttons while riding. It's also plug and play but the wire leads were a bit short but enough to nicely mount under the seat. Thanks for explaining what the difference is with speedo tuner. Does it have the top speed recall feature like the speedo healer?

unfortunitely no it dosent have the top speed memory recall feature. the instructions have you temp mount on the tank with an extra piece of velcro to calibrate it to your bike but i was a little weary of the velcro so i just black taped it to the tank temporarily to have easy access to the button. really wasnt an issue with the pressing the button while driving as one might think. also the wire harness was plenty long almost allowing you to mount near the ecm, but not quite long enough to reach that area. altho there was plenty of leength to mount it anywere under the seat when done you may desire.
