Hello from Ontario. Picking up a black 06 VFR next Saturday!

Just put a deposit on a black beauty 2006 VFR this past Friday and looking forward to trailering it next Saturday, since it's still too cold up here in Canadaland to ride.

Previously had a GS500 (starter bike), SV650s (intermediate commuter) and M109r (the beast) and joined each of those forums in the past as well.

Looking forward to the warmer weather ahead and a chance to see why everyone raves about this bike!!!

 

Welcome to the ride and to the site. I think you will find this forum a little less "stuffed Shirt" in nature. Once you are over that, or involved accordingly, you will find lots here to learn from or share with.

Thanks! Bike has 18k kms, looks and sounds to be in perfect condition. Body looks pretty much perfect as well. Came with a seat cowl and aftermarket tinted windscreen. Weather is still too cool...but looking forward to that first day!

 

OH YAAAA...You will fer sure fall in love...cant wait to hear about your first ride.

18K is still breaking in.. The cold weather gives you time to go over the bike and do any required maintenance. Was the valve inspection done? Most say that it is not required, but up to you..
