need help please!! does anyone know when the 5th genss came out with the silver decal stickers?

Ok so I'm in the middle of getting my 01 vfr800 painted,it's getting airbrushed right now.My only problem is the guy that's doing the paintjob(base,clear)could not get the OEM decals off and there's a little bump where they use to be,and I was there everyday helping him and he sanded it forever,anyways I know they make the silver vfr decals for your front right and left fairings,I just cant find them and when I called my dealership they said they have no way of knowing what color they would be,just that there's a type 2 and type 4,so if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.thank you
