I have a straight gen 3 front wheel - no rotors, a gen 4 front wheel - no rotors. A gen 4 straight sub frame. Gen 4 gas tank with a dent, useable or repairable. local pick up only in the Sacramento area.

This thread sort of died with a whimper after what appeared to be a good start. I would be interested in the solo cowl if you still have it? Mine is .... well it is just sort of missing..

I think I have given up on the RWB paint scheme. It's too difficult to duplicate well especially given the lack of local talent for such things. I suppose that if I had unlimited resources I could find someone who could pull it off but it would probably cost as much as new parts from Honda.

I think I'm going to paint her Pearl White like the 2006 models but with different decals. It should really look sweet with the white rims, alot like the 1993 3rd gen did. I have a full set of OEM plastic now so all I need is paint and time. Some warm weather would be nice too.

 

This is a great idea. I know most of us probably have parts laying around that could help out a fellow rider. I need to look but I know I have a 2000 stock rear shock if someone wants it.

To be honest, I dont really like how it looks. The only way I would have it on, is if I removed the grab handles and passenger foot pegs, but the girl friend does ride back there occasionally so it would just be a pain in my ass to keep switching.

Sorry guys, I don't ship. I mostly just support local riders who genuinely need a part for Their OWN Bike, and are willing to come me casa to get it. I don't sell or give parts away across the board anymore. An asshole from this board gave me a sad story, I gave him a part, then I saw the shit for sale on e-bay... (main reason I'm not a regular here anymore) If you're in SolCal, or whatever you so badly need is worth the gas, don't PM me, I only logged on here cause R3 is coming up!
