...these guys are buying from VFRChuck, and reselling his fine work for 35.00 more + S/H...they originally started out at 145.00 plus S/H until I told VFRChuck what was going on...chuck works hard on his craft, and shouldn't be taken advantage of by unscrupulous resellers...let's give VFRChuck the credit he deserves...since Honda is discontinuing bodywork for 3rd generation viffers, VFRChuck will be the go to guy for new bodywork...besides his parts are higher quality than OEM Honda IMHO...

from VFRChuck today: "Thanks. All I am trying to do is make more money so I can build more molds for for the 90-93 vfr."
    Chuck

These guys appear to have only bought one item from Chuck, hardly "reselling his fine work". More like they got something they did not need, now want to recoup their investment. They paid $65 plus $15 shipping for it, it is listed for $80 (that just happens to be what they have in it). I was listed for more earlier, but the auction ran its course, and it did not sell, it was relisted for $90 plus shipping, still did not sell, now it is $80 plus shipping.

I thought the US was the land of the free? Apparently it is only that when you are trying to convert another country over.

"More like they got something they did not need, now want to recoup their investment." fucking bullshit...ever heard of buy low, sell high...and yeah, the auction ran its course and didn't sell, maybe because chuck had the same thing posted at the same time for 70.00 + 15.00 S/H...how would you like it if you sold widgets, and some asshole buys it from you for 10.00 because you are after all, tryin' to make a livin', and provide a market with a needed product, and they turn around, and try to sell your widgets for 50.00...wouldn't you feel just a little fucked...or do you just don't mind someone buying your widgets from someone else, instead of you trying to make a livin'...it'd be different if chuck and hadvabcycles had a supplier contract, but according to chuck, they don't...or maybe you just don't give a fuck about ethical business practices...

From VFRChuck: "Thanks. All I am trying to do is make more money so I can build more molds for for the 90-93 vfr."
    Chuck

...or is it because you have a sporty 1999 VFR800Fi, and obtaining bodywork isn't a problem yet, you just don't give a fuck about a guy trying to make enough money so he can supply 1990 - 1993 viffers with bodywork that Honda doesn't make anymore for those of us with older models...

...and by the way, with recent legislation regarding having to have administrative permission to allow your kid walk home from school, the federal government snooping internet service providers customer accounts without judicial permission, and some other things i won't take the time to reiterate, the US is now just "sorta the land of the free"...

Let's please watch the potential inflamatory remarks. If I read bear's signature correctly, he has two bike for which parts and plastic are difficult to obtain, either via OEM or aftermarket. Please, feel free to express opinions, but lets not have a war here. :thumb:

I happen to have two other bikes as well. And nobody makes plastics for them. I hope you actually practice what you preach, and do not sell anything you have bought from anyone for more than you paid for it.
