my bike is 5th generation 1998.3 month ago i had problem with the tps sensor. i changed it.last week the engine stop running and refused to restart.the fi flashed 7 times.means ect sensor. i have a new wire harness and sub harness in the box.do you think it will solve the sensors problems? also the water pump had gone. i don't trust the bike anymore.replace the bike?the engine runs perfectly.i am desperate.i have made 70000 miles by myself and the bike has 120000 miles.your comments will be appriciated
A bike with 120 000 miles! You have to expect to have to replace some things. Whether or not you want to buy a new bike or not is a decision you have to ultimately make for yourself.
i know things get older .but i wonde if changfing the all harness and some sensors will solve the fi problems.
