Just what the hell is snow? JK.

So how did the install go. There is a thread on here somewhere that has a video link of the how too. Did you use that. I watched the video and it seemed to be a fairly simple thing to do. But then, so is putting in an oil plug and some dink here stripped his after over tightening it. Not mentioning any names or anything.

Install was straight forward and actually pretty simple. I was able to adjust them to where I have more clearance for my fingers against the gas tank when the bars are fully locked left and right and still not hit the fairing.

Hugh difference, definitely worth the money. Other great mods Sargent seat and -1 on front sprocket.
BTW, very nice set from my 5th Gen for sale 150.00 plus shipping. Look in the Classified section.

    Do they??

G'day from OZ, interested in your finding that you have more clearance between the tank and bars. With the stock, it p's me off that I can just get a finger in to turn off the indicators, further clearance there and I'm up against the fairing. I will be waiting to hear how you find them on long runs. I agree with "what is snow"?? I'm still trying to recover from a major shoulder reco. so have to ride in a racing crouch as it is, actually it's bloody comfy, though it looks a tad stupid. Pre op I bought the bike in 2010 interstate and rode it back home 1900k's in 18 hrs without much discomfort, now it's not as easy.
When does it thaw out over there so we can find out what you think?

    Cheers Rusty

I put them on my 2010 vfr and the did make a difference, but it was not what I was looking for. the bars at a fix angle and just not good enough for me so I took them off and put in Converti bars that really add another inch up and inch back, plus your can change the angle of the bar to suit. If anyone wants my Heli bars they are they are for sale, so just make an offer.
Converti bars did require some time and skill as the front brake line goes to a junction box on the right side of the frame. I make a simple bracket to move it forward about 2" and all is fine. if you don't want them as high as I did you don't have to do make a bracket.
