Hi could anyone tell me exactly how much fork oil do I put in my 1991 FM vfr, I have manual, but it lists so many variations, ( canadian, californian, etc, my bike, I think is european I think, is it around is it around 385cl or 13 fl ozs, thanks
The safest way to do this is, once you put the oil in the forks, put them perfectly vertical, let the oil settle and any air bubbles work their way out and then measure, inside the tube from the top to the oil level. Look in the mannual it will tell you what this distance should be.
