Hello i am Peter from the Netherlands. I read on this forum of a member (tinkerinWstuff) that put the back of the VTEC on a vfr from the 5th generation. This winter i do the same with my vfr. The pictures on this forum really help me. I complete the project last week and i am curiously what you think of it.

    Greeting from Holland

    p.s. Sorry for my bad translation IMAG0178.jpg IMAG0179.jpg IMAG0180.jpg

    Welcome, friend!

Don't worry about your translation skills: most of the members of this site are Americans, so they don't speak English anyway...

Tink is pretty much the go-to guy if you have technical questions and most everyone here is happy to help where they can.

Great job on the rear end transformation. Unfortunately your bike is still the slowest color.

The brake cylinder is still on the original place. We used an leovince sport exhaust. The advantage of this exhaust is that the tubes are a lot thinner and its made of several segments. We moved the segments until it was as fare of the brake cylinder as it can. We also put an aluminium hose over the brake hose for the temperature. The carbon plate on the exhaust also helps. We have done the welding of the subframe by a custum bilder and ask him about the brake cylinder. He said that a little bit of air between the exhaust and the brake cylinder is enough to prevent it of getting to hot.
