Yes it will fit. You should inspect all of them as well as the cam shafts.

Thanks for the info Toe cutter.
I had rear valve cover off because of the valve rattle. noted left intake rocker was loose compared to the other three. Tried to adjust but could not get it to quite down.
Cams are good and smooth w/o pitting or anything.
Got four rocker/shaft from fleabay and am going to replace bad one when weather warms up.
It is going down to minus 26 with wind chill tonite an I am not going to try anything.

One question Toe Cutter. Do I need to remove Camshaft to remove and replace the rocker/shaft or can it be done with cam in?

No you'll have to take the cam out. I don't think there is enough room and the shaft has a spring type washer on the end of it that goes to the inside of the rocker/head which you won't be able to get to. You might be able to loosen the chain tensioner, there is a loose locking position (hole in arm for pin), then take bolts out of the sprocket and pick the cam up or just slide out/over for room.

But then again I've always had the cams out when I have replaced rockers.

You gotta pull the engine to get the shaft oot, the frame is directly in the way.

Looks like I got my work cut out for me. Not sure if I am up to this one.
Any advice on things to keep in mind when taking cam out ?

Clearly mark the chain to the sprockets, it makes going back together much easier.

I should be able to get away with removing intake cam sprocket only since I will changing only one rocker.
Or do I have to remove both sprockets ?
