I'm partial to Staintunes as well.

I have a parked crash story about my HawkGT. It was backed into TWICE! ......................(wait for it).................. by the SAME PERSON!...................... wait again, it gets better.................. in a CONVERTIBLE with the top DOWN!! <face palm> A good friend's Mom whom I've known for years did it. It was at church both times. I even parked in a different place! She was mortified both times and paid for all repairs which was real minor. This was about 15 or so years ago.
    I'll never forget it though.

I've had it happen. Was helping the ex set up her food stand. It was parked, unattended, on a sidewalk, about 7' (at least) (2 meters or so for you metric people) up and over a curb. Guy tried to deny it, but with all the witnesses. Their insurance told me I could get the mirror "buffed out" with scratches, and to sand and repaint the pipe side. Sticker kit was about $10 less than the whole part...(95 CBR F3) about 2 month later, finally fixed.

I think it is time for your good friend to do the driving, or mom to buy a yearly pass for the transit system. Those parked bike might reasonably be a child on a bicycle in that church parking lot. Anywhere else for that matter.

Love this! But the judge should have gone a little further by prohibiting here from wearing anything that would disguise her identity in any manner. But otherwise great on the judge. Wished our candy asssed judges here would be the same way.

my neighbor backed into my VFR in the summer and knocked it over. She didn't try and deny it though. Actually she was very appologetic, which is surprising because she's a c*nt.

cost to repair was about $3000 though! thank god for insurance. Deductible was also waived as it wasn't my fault.

Where was your bike parked? I'm in Toronto as well. You don't by change park downtown on Mercer st do you? I recall someone posting on GTAmotorcycle.com about their buddy's ref VFR getting knocked over on Mercer.
