1984 VFR 750 part out or complete

I aquired a 1984 750 VFR from a buddy that was paying off a debt and I thought I would help him out and take the bike.
The plan was to fix it up and ride it myself as apparently all it needed was a new rear brake cylinder and a really good carb cleaning. But then I ran into a bunch of other issues with my jeep and car and other things and have not had time to even look at it. And since I am going back to school in a couple of weeks while still working full time, i just want this to go to someone that will not let it go to waste.

It has been off the road sine 2003 i believe and most of the parts are in good shape. My buddy had started to take it apart but didnt get too far. Basically the tank is off and the rear brake cylinder has been removed but I still have everything. If anything, just a few bolts may be missing. There are a few cracks in the plastic but nothing that shouldn't be fixable and it looks in better shape than most of the parts I find on ebay.

IDEALLY somebody can pick-up the whole thing at once and either fix-up or take the parts they need, but I may consider parting it out if there is interest.

I am up in Canada (Hamilton)so this obviously may be an issue, but if anyone around here wants to take advantage of this, or knows someone who might, just let me know.

How much for the carbs?

 

if you made me an even half fair offer I would probably take it. I won't know the market value of any of the parts off hand until I look each one up. I know they need to be re-built but my knowledge is very limited on these as I come from the non-carb'd Jeep world.

I will research any offer made anyway, but if it is fair then sure. However, I will need to leave it up here for a bit to see if anybody wants it as a whole before I start parting.
