How to tune the carburetor of vf 750f ? Also how to check the choke functioning?

Usually this is determined by how the bike is running (functional check). Is there is a reason you are asking?

 

Study

Study the tuning sections of jetkit installation instructions from Dynojet/K&N AND Factory Pro, both available online.

If your choke is working right, with the engine idling and at operating temperature with NO choke, pushing the contol lever on should cause the engine to die within about 15 seconds from excess enrichment.

 

If this is just a going over and for the most part and the engine is running ok, leave well enough alone, there's to many little things that could go wrong in a NY second. Now if you're having issues, then that's another matter. Like mentioned ,with the coke on after it's warm it won't like it and and will die in like 15 NY seconds. After that I'd need more reasoning and details here.
