At least Texas is enforcing their laws, they have an express lane for death row inmates.........death row in Commiefornia means your gonna grow old and die while being well cared for in prison.

Judging by his track record it's a GREAT fucking idea, you can keep doing it and they just give you back your privelage to drive it seems. Fucker shoulda done the full 6 to begin with. Think of all the times he drove after 24 beers and DDIN'T get caught, holy hell man. Bout time somebody nails his ass to a wall, his sentence better come with a "never gonna have a license again" clause too just in case he actually makes it out of prison again.

Well, there's little need to worry about his license, given he'll be in his 70s by the time he's eligible for parole...

I'm worried that when the secessionists in Texas figure out that the idea is retarded they'll execute themselves.

What surprises me is that in 20 plus years he hasn't killed anyone. The fact that Texas continued t o let him out on all his previous dwi should hold them partly responsible if he had. I guess they figured since they suspended his license he surely wouldn't break the law and drive.

You obviously haven't driven around my area before, or florida. Enough blue hairs to clog any DMV, or local intersection.

On a somewhat related story. Here in the lovely state of Massachusetts our State Highway Safety Chief was recently forced to resign once her driving record became public. Since 1982 there were 34 entries on her record including; seven *accidents, four speeding violations, two failures to stop for a police officer, one failure to stay in her lane, one driving without registration or license in possession, and one driving without wearing a seat belt. When she was nabbed for speeding in New Hampshire in 1999, she failed to show up at her hearing, records show. Until Nov. 1, her license was on nonrenewal status for failure to pay local excise taxes. Her salary was $87,000 a yr.
