I had a broken clutch lever, Clutch worked fine with broken lever. I simply replaced the lever and now it wont engage the clutch, even when I put back the old broken lever. Any idea whats going on, Replacing the lever shouldn't change a thing but it did?
    any help would be good.

I tend to agree with Kenny. You have to transfer the brass contact "disk" in the lever and make sure it engages the pushrod.

    did that :p

I got it to work after trying to get a air bubble out of the reservoir cylinder, guess when I removed the lever the plunge went out far, and I had low fluid level so it sucked in some air. Man what a pain in the ass. LOL

Yeah, the clutch is a pain to bleed. Especially with the low angle of the grip. With my superbar conversion, the reservoir is nice and level at full, right lock.

Got a picture of the "super-bar" converstion? I always get mine perfectly level doing either side! other-wise I loosen the bolts that hold da-massa-cylinders on and rotate them up so they are level.

Air-assisted bleer is dah-shizzle for hyraulic-clutches  Listening to Dr. Dre hence der-shizzle...

it push the plunger into the master cylinder

Okay i read on when i redid my fulid was real pain i went to bike shop told me to keep going

Undo the bolt banjo on the cutch fulid housing just tiny bit sweeze lever u hear hissing of air and fulid
U can get a air lock in there , then do it up and keep bleeding the system
