Well, it's been a while since i've been here, so just thought I'd drop by and tell everyone hi and give a little update. Labor day weekend, I officially sold my viffer...I almost cried when I delivered it to the guys house. But, the next morning, I took the money that I got from selling it, and went to Missouri, and bought my friends 2007 Suzuki GSX-R 1000. While I do regret getting rid of my old faithful, this new bike is an absolute BEAST. Came with several mods, and has been well cared for, so I think it was a well made sacrifice to buy an 07 gixxer 1000 for a mere $2600. The main reason that I sold it, is that my girlfriend being 6'2" tall, it was a bit small for the both of us. She gave me 3 years and 51k miles worth of great service, though. Here's a rundown of the new bike:

    2007 Suzuki GSX-R 1000
    Black/burnt orange paint
    Power Comander iii usb
    Healtech XTRE timing retard box
    lowered 2" in front
    color matched orange-chrome shorty levers
Aftermarket header and slip (not sure of brand, just has a weird S on it)
    carbon fiber trim
    GSX-R branded gel seat
    -1 front sprocket
    color matched frame sliders
    fork brace
    only 18k miles

Anyways, seems like a great bike so far, so it's made me feel a little bit better for getting rid of such an iconic piece of motorcycle history...

    $2600 for that? WOW.

Here that bike would have sold for at least $7000.

Exactly! Gotta love it when people are hard up for cash lol.

And crusty, that would be the bike lmao...I'm already on gf #3 in 3 years haha. Like my bikes, I tend to trade my gfs in for newer models
