Well, I'm racing Super moto up here @ MMP(Utah) & my daughter is doing the APEX track day on the west track, or I'd be interested to run Willow's big track again. Ohhh I love runing 150 plus b-4 diving into a turn.
    RC51's LOVE BIG TRACKS!!!!

have fun, because i'll be having fun as well.

    Hello,
I am also signed up to be there on the 8th. I'm doing the Level I class though. Sounds like you have already done that one. My name is Adam and I ride a Red '04 VFR. Hopefully I will see you there.

Pretty good but I sneezed the other night and felt like I got kicked in the ribs and collapsed a lung... man that hurt. SHoulder is getting better but still movement is limited sideways. Here is a shot of the bike as it sits waiting for my fairing brackets to arrive:

Ouch. Had the same issue anytime I coughed, sneezed or laughed after i fractured/seperated a few ribs snowboarding years ago. The pain would almost make me faint.

    Hey Tori,
I called California Superbike School directly and am doing their level 1 class at the Streets of Willow Springs on the 8th. I am kinda new to this track thing and am not familiar with the schools and tracks and such.
I have been riding (Commuting really) for about 15 years, but have never attempted to ride track. I guess I am a novice, but hope to be much better real soon. Funny thing, after having 5 different bikes over the past 15 years, last week was the first time I rode a canyon highway. I really enjoyed it and was hoping that this day at the track would sharpen my skills and make the canyon run a lot more fun.
After the 8th, I am planning to go back to Willow Springs on the 28th of April and take the Level II class with CA Superbike School.

CSS is a great start to getting where you are wanting to go. I have been thinking the same thing myself but haven't been able to schedule the track time yet. Hopefully it'll happen pretty soon. Everyone is planning on going while I am gone because they all suck!

Adam Ti2TT is " TAKE IT TO THE TRACK " They are one of many groups that host track days on about 5 different tracks throughout the southwest. My buttonwillow day was $160

So for 150 bucks do you get professional instruction or just time to run around the track?

Well, i wouldnt call it "proffessional" but their instructors know how to ride ! With each group of riders, they have about 5 instructors/marshals whatever you wanna call them riding thru the group and watching each rider at different points throughout the session. They will follow you, then single you out and have you follow them if they see you need correction. During the day you can talk to them at any point and ask questions. I did that several times, and on my very last run asked one of them to follow me and critique my riding, which he did.
