I took off the factory mirrors and came to realize that the bike looks pretty nice this way. Anyone have any experience with bar end mirrors on our 4th gen vfr's? Photos would help, and on a side note i should say that it is not a street fighter. Thank you very much.

the crew here is more of a conventional "make it look closest to stock as possible" kind of population from what I can tell. Bar ends look great on cafe racers and nakeds, but seem out of place and WEIRD on fully faired bikes... but don't let me judge. STOSH is probably the first garage I would go look in for weird things here. I don't think I would ever consider throwing bar-ends on a VFR. but that just my 2 cents and I ain't been here long enough...

    Pictures help though.

I thought about it. Oberon makes a set with the built in turn signals in the bar ends I really like.

Don't sacrifice looks for safety; bar-end mirrors don't work as well as stock, and where you need to look is awkward, so you won't be using the mirrors as often.

I had this concern also when deciding to get bar end morrors. but during thi instalation I found they stuck out no futher than the stock mirrors. they are just lower.
