LOL! Leo Getz. Thats hysterical.. Please oh please have recently died hair. "Can I have a Gun?!?! Can I?!? Can I!?? Please oh please!" Too funny.

I rather liked reading this thread. Its kinda nice to see a new rider go from nil, to VFR cherry pop, in a single thread. Scuba's got a good point there.

Who was it that said "pixorgtfo" so much? was it V4Bear?

    Well, grats to the OP.

Of the many "types" of riders (of motorcycles excluding Harleys, which are driven) two of the types are those who have been down and those who are going down.

The dudes that have not been down can be recognized easily. They are the fastest folks on the fastest bikes, that get the most mileage and know exactly where the best deal on Jo-jo's can be had. Further recognition can sometime be observed especially if they are wearing tank tops, baggies and flipflops while texting.

The other dudes usually are recognized by thier ability to fix shit.

@experience780 @Badbilly I have been riding my vfr 800 and getting better everyday, I personally don't believe DROPPING your bike is a DEFINITE! Just cause I haven't dropped my bike, does not mean I ride like a DUMBASS. lol I ride very carefully and I know my limits and I never got my bike with the intention to ride it to the EXTREME. I think their might be 3 TYPES of riders.

Extreme riding explains all those drops at red lights and driveways.

Guess this means we also need a fourth kind of rider :)

If the fourth kind of rider is one who never drops a bike. I wanna grow up to be one of those.

    "Kickstand side down."

As to "beliefs", my country right of wrong most of the time as long as there are no Republicans in the White House, a supreme being wno is not a Republican, rock and roll is here to stay and a couple of other things that are best left to one's imagination.

@tinkerinWstuff I think me being 6'3" 230 saves me from those undersized person mistakes. LOL I had a couple WOBBLY moments, but since I can easily flat foot my bike and support the weight, a "drop" was never close to happening. Well you guys are the experts, but I hope I never drop my bike. I never said it won't happen, I'm just not the type of person to truly BELIEVE I HAVE TO FAIL! That's the mindset you guys are selling me.

I definitely ride within my limits, I am new and I know that, not to say I don't push them a little just to learn and get better. It helps I guess that I treat my bike with absolute (borderline ocd) care and am very picky where I park.

We got four types covered sort of. Anybody up for making it an even ten?

Harleydoods and anyone who is never going to drop a bike are welcome to add to the list but should be prepared to discover the errors in thier prognostications.
