Hi, all. As you can tell from the title I'm new to Honda. Been riding a Triumph Bonneville America since '04 and have been pretty happy with the experience. But as I've had the chance to ride a Yamaha FZR 400 through Topanga Canyon and having one hell of a good time, it's difficult going back to a cruiser.

Hence the change to a 2003 VFR 800 ABS and so far, I have been pleased with the decision. The technology is far and away superior to my TBA but in all fairness, they are different bikes for different types of riding.

In any event I am going to learn all I can about the VFR and hope I can contribute to the overall experience of my brothers and sisters in leathers.

    Cheers!

Welcome. I think I may have seen you when I was in SoCal this past spring. I was the one on the 405.

OK OK! Here's a picture of my new ride.

This is what she looks like... VFR800 Interceptor.jpg .

    Ain't she sweet?

I'm really looking forward to riding with y'all as soon as I figure out my problem with the pressure from the clutch cylinder (in another posting).

Yeah, me too. Came at no extra cost. A bag would've been nice, tho.
