I couldn't read the article but the bike could not have done all that damage. Did the car hit someone first? That's a reason why I like to ride way out in the country early in the morning. I almost never ride in town anymore. Very sad picture. Doesn't look like he suffered though.

Heres another place i found it. From my understanding the car was trying to flip a bitch and 2 bikes hit it 1 on each side. At least thats what i gather.

Some people on that other website don't have much respect for a fellow person that died. When I see things like that I feel for the family that lost a son, father or husband. Not to mention the person that had to tell their imediate family. Makes me want to be all the more careful. Thanks for posting this. As much s I don't want to see it sometimes we need to.

That was rough. I rolled by an accident near my house where a kid hit a guardrail and died and his bike was all destroyed in the middle of the road. It's a sobering experience.

Doesn't matter if it's it he city or in the country, this can happen anywhere! I've seen people do some of the most stupid of maneuvers when they think no one else is around. Sometimes I'm on the bike and sometimes in the car, all we can do is stay alert and ride within our bounds.

    Cheers!

Went to one where a motorcycle was going "warp speed" on the freeway at night and didn't turn when the road did. He hit the concrete no post barriers and flew through the air about 50 feet or so and landed on the road. His body was like a bag of jelly when we picked him up. Blood alcohol reaing on the guy was in the stratusfere from the post mortem. Makes you think when you see these from time to time. I have seen that pasty white complexion far too many times.
