No, I don't really speak Dutch... Just a few words. And I can read it and understand most, or at least a lot. :thumb:
I grew up close to the Dutch border and I always loved and still love this country. And the people! The Dutch are so relaxed. :hippie:

But for riding you should come to Switzerland indeed. So what are you waiting for?

Careful with who you call a blighter, mate. I know where you live. :heh:

Anyway - I am impressed! :thumb:
Took me much longer to figure out.

So yeah - it is indeed a replica of Quick Mick's 1994 NSR 500, on which he won his first world campionship title. And it was definitely never sold outside Europe, as it was never even sold outside Switzerland. :eyebrows:
These replicas were done by order of HONDA Switzerland and by a very famous Swiss designer/painter. You should check out his webpage, it's really stunning work.
They did exactly 189 pieces back then and according to Honda around 20 still exist.
    Pretty cool.

On saturday I'll pay Dédé Marty a visit as he would like to have a look at the bike. There is some "cosmetic" damage on the right side - so maybe we can do something about that. Pretty sure we can. He's a really nice guy as well.

So yeah, I'm pretty happy to have this bike. And for what it's worth it's a great ride.
First 10 days are over - almost 1300 km done. I'm getting used to it. Just needs new tyres.

    Cheers from (partying) Switzerland! :drinkers::rockon:

Damn, I love the bike!
Put 2100 km on it now. First real tour done last weekend - awesome!
Next tour is on for tomorrow - joining two Australian blokes on their European tour for a bit. Can't wait!!

Visited Dédé Marty last Saturday, the guy's AMAZING! He's done a motorcycle helmet for George fuckin' Harrison! Not to mention all the helmets for David Coultard. And the bikes and helmets of Tom Lüthi and Dominique Aegerter....
Well, he's got 400 regular clients from pro sports, so....
It was great getting a tour to his workshop and office. All those signed photos and items! Sheer overwhelming. And I got the missing sticker for free.

    Again, love the bike.
