Well said. I do speak with the Local officer often. He is not in the same district as my sister or other two brother-n-laws, however since the incident, hes gotten to know them, as well as my wife... who thanked him profusely. So, hes got my work, home, cell, and wifes cell. The DA is another story. Ive only talked to her once. I have spoken with the Magistrate often as well. He said he would help keep me informed as well as he can.

I fully understand the depth of these individuals employment responsibilities, and know that they (except the DA), would need to go looking for the information as they're not gonna be immediately notified when things happen. And for that, Im grateful for the amount of info theyve gathered already.

I also am a bit privy to understanding that this case is, although not a huge murder case, is still a pretty good one for the DA and local pd to have stick under their belt. I don't think the DA is gonna let this one go lightly. She did mention nearly the same thing to me as you just stated...

... Shes interested in ensuring this guy isnt issued a DL anymore.


So, thanks all for the kind comments. I am truly blessed to be here today to type this, rather than it be a story someone else typed for the local paper.

To be honest, I've seen shit like that happen in New Jersey. I've lived here for 40 something years, and without a doubt, there are some of the angriest drivers in the country here.

I get cut off on a daily basis, and I'm sure I return the favor as well!

 

Now that was funny. But after the laughing look back at that reasonably. Both those drivers were fucking idiots. For one to yield and allow the other in would have made a difference of what, a nanno second? When dip shit there in the SUV, got his revenge by fooding the sedan, look at how many other totally innocent drivers were affected.

Thise two drivers just reduced the average IQ on that road by 50.

That was fucking fantastic!!! While I do agree he coulda just used the zipper merge theroy and let one in, I oft have to refuse to be the nice guy in those situations if someone trying to merge is being a complete douche nozzle about it.

 

This is what I'm saying about Jersey.

Rule #1 is that when you're driving, you MUST wait until the very last second to move into the other lane (because of construction, your exit, lane ends, etc.)

Rule #2 is that you cannot let anyone slash in front of you as described in rule #1. You MUST not let them get in front of you.

These are the unwritten rules. Seriously.

I used to get all pissed when this would happen. Now its like a little game (only played in the cage, by the way). Whether I beat someone or they beat me (on rare occasion, I'll add!) I'll literally just laugh in the car as they sit there flipping me off.

Yeah, Kevin and I had many a conversations years back. I liked him. I cant see why hed get a new job, the one he had was cushy, and let him post online for 8 hrs, and got paid for it..lol.
