Those would be 'Ducati Hotties' lad. One of my 'riding buddies' was a DH a few years back, even though she rides a Honda. The guys from Club Desmo knew what they were lookin' for.

The honda tent was *really* dissapointing. They took 1 and 3 in the MotoGP race, and had *nothing* alluding, or acknowledging that in the tent. They had 2-3 CBR1000RR, a CBR250, two VFRs, a pair of NT700s, but they were _buried_. You had to wade past the cars, the cruisers, or all the ATVs to find the sport bikes. WTF? Like Scubalong said, Ducati had an entire island, showing of technical stuff, the models (and the Models, *ahem*).

I sat on the CBR1000RR and the VRR1200. The VFR is certainly better centralized weight-wise than my '86 is. Far easier to get off it's sidestand. The CBR was way too cramped for my long legs. It was nothing like the Duc 848 EVO that I sat on. That bike fit like a glove. And it didn't feel any more extreme of a forward lean than my '86 has (which really surprised me). It might be different out on the road with it, but I was shocked at how comfortable I was on the 848. The Monster was too small, as well. The Multistrada was pretty comfy, more comfy than the VFR1200... But the Panigale?? incredible. Way out of my price range, though.

In the end, nothing in the Honda booth was really pushing my buttons, my wife was interested in the NT700, but it really didn't make her go gaga over it. Utilitarian, no more. The ducs are just such works of are in and of themselves. In fact, we were both surprised at how good the Diavel looks in person. It's not something either of us would own or ride, but I have to admit that in the power-cruiser category, the Italians know what they're doing (I also like the looks of the Griso).

LOL Scuba, that made my day.

Id have expected nothing less if you tried to play that out, "why yes, yes I am. I'll be over there in a bit, if you want to join me, you may... Jackie out!"
