Idle adjustments after carb cleaned

    1986 VFR500F calif. model
    Fuel tank off.have a gravity fed bottle
    Do you plug the vacuum line off the #1 cyclinder (or leave it open)?
    Clymer does not state. Cant find it here antwhere.

    Any other vacuum lines needed to be blocked off? Tried the 50rpm drop not having any luck.
