Didn't know exactly where to put this, but here goes. My cousin is going to this and I'm going to try and make it. There is a ride up on Cape Cod (for those in the area). Here is the link. It's Big Nick's Ride for the Fallen. Check it out and hope to see other VFR's there. NGX-Ride Home Page Adam
Went to the ride yesterday. Awesome day for it. Woke up at 5:30am, on the road at 6. 58 deg. F out, but warmed up to about 80. There were about 700 bikes there. Rode from Borne, MA to Yarmouth, MA. That was the fastest that I have ever ridden on Cape Cod in the summertime. Those of you that have been there know exactly what I'm talking about. Police escorted is definitely the way to travel around the cape. As we were riding, people in the oncoming lane would honk, wave, and some of them even pulled over to hold up traffic. Other people were coming out of businesses and their homes to wave and cheer us on. Awesome event for fallen soldiers. Mainly HOG's but a few sportbikes. They even brought in the mobile wall of fallen soldiers of Cape Cod. Again, a great event and highly recommended if you are in the area next year. I'll probably do it again, so I'll let everyone know. I was the only VFR there, so maybe we can get a few there for next year.
